I had my PT Cruiser towed into the shop for repairs three weeks later I had the same problem and another 75 dollar tow back to Tuffy. I just knew from dealing with other shops it wouldn't be the same problem and there would be another huge cost to me..... To my amazement they were very honest and said the part was defected they had my car back to me the very next day at NO CHARGE (other than the 75.00 tow) I will always go back to Tuffy on Main street with car issues and I will recommend them to friends and family or anyone who is looking for a good honest mechanic..... Charged me $95 to fix a $13.99 hose. $95 to fix brakes but, said they were fine, i just needed a wheel barron (msp?)...2wks later, my brakes are squealing really bad...looking for a shop to fix them.... I wish I had recieved 5star treatment.

This is the only place I will let work on my car. Rob and his team are AWESOME! Always very friendly and informative. They do a great job and don't try to talk you into any extra not needed services. Rob let's you know if you need to take care of the problem soon or can wait a while. Get a Tuffy credit card and get 6 months same as cash to pay.
