The worst experience of my life. I took my vehicle here to get a wash. Went through the machine and it literally scratched paint off the top of my vehicle and my sun roof. The worker said that he watched it happen on the video footage. He said it looks like it was a “bad paint job”. He said the manager would call us the next day. When I finally got a call the next week, he asked to see the vehicle. I took it down to this location, and they informed me that they weren’t going to do anything about it. They saw the scratches and everything on the top of my car and the video. They have me a $50 gift card FOR THEIR CAR WASH! Why would I want to go back there after this? This is the worst place to go. I can’t even believe this place is in business. I will be posting this everywhere on social media and letting all my friends and family know just how badly we were treated here after they damaged my car!
They opened a new location on E. Broad in Columbus. I paid for the most expensive wash and my car came out soaking wet with soapy water still all over it. I quickly parked it and tried to wipe everything dry with microfiber towels that I had with me. It was a sunny, windy day and before I could finish, half of my car had dried with soapy water still looking incredibly dirty. An employee came over and asked how the wash was. I told him, "well, It cleaned okay but it didn't really dry anything". His response, verbatim, was "fair enough" and he walked away... Great! thanks for the customer service... I submitted a complaint to Goo Goo's corporate office and never received a response... Once again, great customer service... Don't waste your money with Goo Goo, go to any other car wash and get a better wash for less money. Their wash sucks and so does their service. Lastly, I own a BMW E70 X5 SUV. I am a car enthusiast and LOVE my car. I rebuild engines, restore classics, fabricate, paint, sand blast, do wiring, etc... I say this because I VERY frequently wash and detail my car and have never had such a pathetic experience. I just figured this was relevant information. I'm not some random person, I eat, sleep, and breathe cars. and This is NOT the place for anyone to wash their car. Go somewhere else! They had two opportunities to make this right. First, when I told the on-site about the issue and second, when I emailed their corporate office about the issue. Both times I was ignored. They only responded when I posted a negative review. There is nothing they can do to make this right now. They have lost a customer.

My car window was shattered and I needed the glass vacuumed out. Usually you have to buy a car wash package in order to get your car vacuumed, however staff were receptive to my needs and they provided me with the tools I needed including different vacuum heads to fit in certain crevices . Although I did not make it home dry because of the rain, my car was free from glass. All of the staff were very respectful and helpful during this ordeal. I will be seeing them in the future for my car-wash needs, thank you Goo Goo Car Wash for the awesome customer service!
First time user of Goo Goo - I was that annoying customer that pulled in 5 minutes before they closed, got my car washed and then vacuumed. The kids working there were so sweet and helpful. Marco asked me if I needed the mat cleaner before they turned it off and showed me how to use it. Vacuums and mat cleaner worked really well!
